About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a technology generalist across Enterprise Software, SaaS, Cloud, AI Solutions, and IT Professional Services
  • Act as the strategic liaison between business units and procurement
  • Understand operational needs, strategic roadmaps, and technical requirements
  • Translate business priorities into sourcing strategies
  • Drive tactical execution, contract renewals, and transactional workflows through the CoE and offshore execution teams
  • Manage technology procurement requests and statements of work
  • Help business teams navigate procurement policies, budget thresholds, and approval workflows
  • Manage transactional sourcing engagements across technology categories
  • Lead negotiations for contract extensions, purchase orders, MSAs, and SOWs
  • Coordinate with Legal, Data Privacy, and Cyber Security teams on contract exceptions and compliance
  • Hand off and track standard renewals and routine requisitions through the CoE and offshore support teams
  • Maintain contract records, supplier data, and savings logs
  • Administer RFQs and competitive bids
  • Review expiring contracts, prevent auto-renewals, and negotiate commercial adjustments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4–7 years of direct hands-on IT sourcing, vendor coordination, or procurement experience within a corporate environment
  • Practical familiarity contracting across Software/SaaS, Hardware, Telecom, and IT Professional Services
  • Demonstrated experience utilizing central procurement tools, shared service centers, or offshore teams such as the UK or India
  • Baseline ability to review and redline commercial terms, fixed-fee and T&M SOWs, and standard licensing agreements
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a customer-service mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
