About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct branch visits and operational reviews to reinforce established best practices and support adherence to standard operating procedures
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identify trends, and share observations with branch leadership
- Deliver training and coaching to branch personnel on operational processes, system usage, and performance expectations
- Document operational gaps, gather branch feedback, and communicate findings to regional leadership and functional partners
- Support rollout and adoption of new processes, tools, and operational updates
- Maintain working knowledge of supporting workgroups and systems to provide accurate guidance and promote process consistency
- Build collaborative relationships with branch teams to foster accountability, trust, and continuous improvement without direct supervisory responsibility
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of experience in operations, construction services, supply, or equipment rental operations required
- Knowledge of general construction, construction supplies, or equipment required
- Experience working with rental management or procurement systems preferred
- No certifications required
