About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop assigned key customer accounts
  • Serve as the primary liaison for assigned key accounts and build long-term customer relationships
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and expand customer relationships
  • Partner with customers early to understand short- and long-term business needs
  • Coordinate procurement, delivery, service, and billing with internal teams
  • Track and report account performance metrics
  • Identify additional partnership opportunities
  • Resolve service or delivery issues and communicate updates and recommendations
  • Apply product knowledge and construction-industry expertise to provide practical, innovative solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles required
  • 2–3+ years of construction supply and rental equipment industry knowledge preferred
