About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead delivery of training programs within a geographic region
- Develop regional training calendars aligned with business and workforce development needs
- Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and development programs
- Engage subject matter experts and facilitators to support learning program delivery
- Manage facilitator staffing, work assignments, performance, and professional development
- Partner with People Practices leaders and stakeholders to promote learning and development opportunities
- Evaluate learning program feedback and performance data for continuous improvement
- Connect employees and coaches with learning resources and development opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
- 8+ years of experience in learning and development, training facilitation, coaching, or related experience required
- Experience managing facilitators, trainers, or learning and development team members preferred
