  • Process payroll transactions, including wage calculations, deductions, and adjustments
  • Verify timekeeping records and supporting documentation for accuracy and compliance

  • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing payroll documentation and responding to information requests
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve payroll inquiries and discrepancies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing, payroll administration, or a related field required
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience preferred
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
  • Ability to process wage calculations, deductions, and adjustments
  • Ability to verify timekeeping records and supporting documentation
  • Ability to maintain confidential payroll records and documentation
  • Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
  • Experience or knowledge related to Certified Payroll
