About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support delivery of employee and candidate lifecycle programs and services
  • Serve as first point of contact for employees and coaches
  • Provide guidance on People Practices resources and escalate complex matters
  • Interpret and apply company policies, processes, and procedures
  • Coordinate enterprise onboarding processes, including 30/60/90-day check-ins
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and People Operations
  • Execute training logistics, new hire orientation, and local programming
  • Organize and manage People Practices events and employee connection points
  • Support engagement, inclusion, safety awareness, and cultural alignment
  • Coordinate interviews and off-boarding activities, including asset retrieval and system updates
  • Partner closely with project leadership and the on-site workforce on a strategic mega/mobility project

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field required
  • 2-4 years of experience in human resources, operations support, employee engagement, or a related field required
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Human resources certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR preferred
  • Human resources or people practices–related certification preferred
  • Ability to support the project on-site for the duration of the assignment is required
  • Willingness to relocate to or travel to the assigned project location
  • Daily in-person presence on the project site is required
