About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Business Unit, Entity, or workgroup leadership to execute People Practices strategies
  • Support workforce effectiveness, engagement, inclusion, workforce planning, performance management, and employee experience
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters and partner with Workplace Services on complex situations
  • Support succession planning, career development, and performance processes
  • Lead culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives
  • Coach and develop People Practices Advisors
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and People Operations
  • Use People Practices metrics and insights to inform decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
  • Serve as an embedded People Practices Business Partner for a strategic mega/mobility project
  • Partner closely with project leadership and the on-site workforce

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 7–10 years of People Practices or human resources experience required
  • Experience in a managerial or advisory capacity preferred
  • Human resources, organizational effectiveness, or talent management certification preferred, such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent
  • Daily in-person presence on the project site is required
  • Candidates must be willing to relocate to or travel to the assigned project location
  • Ability to support the project on-site for the duration of the assignment is required
