About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Business Unit, Entity, or workgroup leadership to execute People Practices strategies
- Support engagement, workforce planning, performance management, and employee experience
- Provide guidance to coaches on employee relations matters and partner with Workplace Services on complex situations
- Support succession planning, career development, and performance processes
- Lead culture, engagement, and inclusion initiatives
- Coach and develop People Practices Advisors
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and People Operations
- Use People Practices metrics and insights to inform decisions and improve organizational effectiveness
- Serve as an embedded People Practices Business Partner for a strategic mega/mobility project
- Partner closely with project leadership and the on-site workforce
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
- 7–10 years of People Practices or human resources experience required
- Experience in a managerial or advisory capacity preferred
- Human resources, organizational effectiveness, or talent management certification preferred, such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent
- Must be willing to relocate to or travel to the assigned project location
- Ability to support the project on-site for the duration of the assignment is required
- Daily in-person presence on the project site is required
