About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide senior execution leadership for multiple mid-size projects or a large, complex construction project
- Lead project managers and senior project teams to ensure delivery aligned with safety, quality, planning, schedule, financial, and risk objectives
- Partner with the General Superintendent and field operations executive-BU on project performance, field integration, and team leadership
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex execution, stakeholder, and contractual issues
- Lead execution of projects within approved scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety objectives
- Direct and support project managers and project teams on complex execution challenges and decision-making
- Oversee budgets, forecasts, cost controls, contract administration, and risk management strategies
- Partner with superintendents and safety leadership on field presence, safety behaviors, and high-risk activity planning and execution
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, designers, support resources, and trade partners
- Mentor and develop project leaders through coaching, feedback, and individualized development and training plans
- Drive strategic improvement through engagement of the Family of Companies and partnerships with Self-Perform Work executives and leaders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
- 10+ years of experience in construction project management or operations required
- Experience leading multiple mid-size projects or a large, complex project required
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred
- OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required
