Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and publish People Practices customer-facing and internal content across ServiceNow and DPR Toolbox platforms
  • Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and alignment of knowledge articles, FAQs, SOPs, and desktop references
  • Manage content personalization through tagging and keyword strategies tailored by role, level, and geography
  • Establish and monitor review, approval, and expiration cycles for published content
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and refine content
  • Review and edit content for clarity, readability, and organizational standards
  • Monitor content performance metrics and user feedback to inform improvements and best practices
  • Consolidate themes, regulatory considerations, and employee experience factors across related content

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, human resources, business administration, or a related field required
  • 4-6 years of experience in content management, communications, or a related field required
  • Experience with ServiceNow required
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar content management systems preferred
  • Human Resources experience preferred
  • Content management or human resources certification preferred
