Key responsibilities & impact
  • Shape and implement moderately complex communication plans that strengthen employee engagement and support organizational transformation
  • Optimize employee communication platforms, including intranet, email, and collaboration tools
  • Ensure communication content is timely, relevant, accessible, consistent, inclusive, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand standards
  • Leverage analytics and employee insights to increase the impact of communication initiatives
  • Foster alignment between leadership vision and employee understanding through targeted messaging
  • Build relationships across workgroups to activate and cascade priority messages
  • Create comprehensive communication plans for companywide initiatives and organizational changes
  • Partner with leaders and cross-functional teams to develop targeted messaging for employee audiences
  • Analyze feedback and engagement data to refine communication strategies and measure success
  • Provide strategic counsel to internal teams communicating with employees
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure message alignment
  • Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve communication effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 4–6 years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, brand marketing, recruitment marketing, or a related field required
  • 4–6 years of experience in content writing, publishing (including newsletters, presentations, marketing materials, blogs, and social media articles), or a related field required
  • 4–6 years of experience with employee communications platforms, social media platforms, digital tools, or a related field required
  • 4–6 years of experience managing executives, projects, and stakeholders, or a related field required
  • Short-form video production skills preferred
  • Certifications and licenses: None required
