Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitate successful delivery of construction projects independently
Review technical aspects of construction projects for design and quality compliance
Maintain field presence to support safe execution and participate in safety meetings
Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges
Review and provide feedback on construction drawings, submittals, and change orders
Support schedule tracking and cost monitoring
Prepare and present progress reports and technical documentation
Identify and mitigate project risks through field analysis and engineering solutions
Support less experienced project team members and provide technical expertise on safety and quality standards

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required
4–6 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required
OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred
OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required
Working knowledge of high-risk construction activities
Knowledge of construction drawings, submittals, change orders, project schedules, cost monitoring, safety standards, and quality standards
