Key responsibilities & impact

Lead all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance standards
Oversee project teams and partner with clients, designers, and trade partners
Establish and maintain project controls for schedule, document control, and cost management
Develop and implement project execution plans
Manage project risks and mitigation planning
Oversee the full project lifecycle from business award through final completion
Manage project managers, project engineers, and field operations staff
Reinforce leadership participation in safety meetings and oversee engagement in high-risk activities
Review and approve major project decisions, including budgets, contracts, and schedule adjustments
Mentor and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and training plans
Drive continuous improvement and implement lessons learned

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
7–10 years of experience in construction project management
5 years in a leadership capacity required
Experience managing large, complex commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or advanced technology projects required
OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred
OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required
