About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead all aspects of project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance standards
- Oversee project teams and partner with clients, designers, and trade partners
- Lead project execution, field integration, and overall team performance with the Senior Superintendent
- Establish and maintain project controls for schedule, document control, and cost management
- Develop and implement project execution plans
- Manage project risks and mitigation planning
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from business award through final completion
- Manage and direct project managers, project engineers, and field operations staff
- Build and maintain client, designer, and trade partner relationships
- Review and approve major project decisions, including budgets, contracts, and schedule adjustments
- Mentor and develop project managers, engineers, and other team members
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing lessons learned and process enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
- 7–10 years of experience in construction project management, including 5 years in a leadership capacity required
- Experience managing large, complex commercial, healthcare, life sciences, or advanced technology projects required
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction certification preferred
- OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire required
