About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of field individuals
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities
  • Coordinate with project managers, self-perform teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Schedule resources and resolve construction issues
  • Manage field-related costs and change impacts
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Review and approve daily field documentation, progress reports, safety logs, pre-task plans, and incident records
  • Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to project leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify and integrate prefabrication strategies into construction planning and execution
  • Deliver projects safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 7 years of experience in field engineering, construction management, or a related field required
  • 1–2 years of experience in a managerial capacity preferred
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification within 6 months of hire required
  • First Aid and CPR certification required
  • OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification preferred
  • OSHA 510 or OSHA 500 certification preferred
