About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintenance, servicing, and installation of environmental and process measurement technology
- Organization and documentation of maintenance and service assignments
- Handling customer inquiries regarding technical issues through remote support
- Independent problem analysis and development of solutions, consulting subject-matter experts as needed
- Participation in an on-call rotation, including weekends, according to a scheduled team rotation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical training as a state-certified technician in electrical engineering, process engineering, or computer science, or completed vocational training in a technical field combined with practical professional experience
- Good knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and/or mechatronics
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Team-oriented approach and enthusiasm for varied responsibilities
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong commitment to quality
- Class B driving license
- Fluent German skills suitable for professional negotiations
- English skills suitable for professional use
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation, including weekends, according to a coordinated team schedule
