About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Transform complex, large-scale datasets into strategic insights that shape business decisions and unlock sustainable growth
- Translate sophisticated analyses into clear, compelling narratives that influence stakeholders and drive alignment on key priorities
- Lead the design, execution, and analysis of experiments
- Identify opportunities to accelerate learning and optimize performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to refine strategic initiatives, improve channel performance, and drive measurable business outcomes
- Build, automate, and continuously improve scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards
- Empower teams to make faster, data-driven decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of analytics or data science experience
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, SAS, or Matlab
- Strong understanding of statistics and hypothesis testing
- Experience building models is a plus
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for diverse audiences
- Curiosity and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to uncover new insights from data
- May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment
