About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, build, test, deploy, and maintain platform capabilities used by engineering teams
Develop scalable and maintainable software primarily using C# and .NET Core
Build and improve platform infrastructure through software engineering and automation
Manage and enhance Kubernetes-based environments, including Helm Chart deployment automation
Apply GitOps practices to improve deployment automation, consistency, and reliability
Build scalable, resilient, and performant distributed systems and microservice solutions
Troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues across distributed environments
Partner with engineering teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
Conduct code reviews, contribute to engineering best practices, and mentor engineers
Improve observability, performance testing, deployment strategies, and operational excellence

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of professional software development experience, ideally with experience in C# and .NET Core
Experience building and supporting distributed systems and microservice architectures
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and modern application deployment practices
Strong software engineering fundamentals and understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong troubleshooting skills across complex distributed environments
Understanding of canary and blue-green deployment strategies
Familiarity with GitOps methodologies and infrastructure and application deployment automation
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
Familiarity with observability platforms such as Datadog and the ELK Stack
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Gaming license may be required as a condition of employment
