About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Implement the overall corporate compensation and benefits strategy and worldwide standards in the LATAM region.
  • Develop and implement country-specific Compensation & Benefits guidelines aligned with corporate policies.
  • Ensure accurate infrastructure projects.
  • Act as an internal and external contact within areas of expertise and lead internal work groups.
  • Advise senior management and regional HR on Compensation & Benefits topics.
  • Plan and conduct internal and external training on complex topics domestically and internationally.
  • Support the determination and optimization of internal standards and processes.
  • Identify trends, develop concepts, and recommend actions.
  • Prepare management position papers, including calculations for systems such as FES and variable compensation.
  • Develop communication materials for information events, training, and internal media.
  • Monitor compensation and benefits program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct specialist projects and support the development of Compensation & Benefits guidelines and systems.
  • Conduct analysis and research and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Cooperate in strategy development.
  • Follow compensation, benefits, bonus, incentive, and special payment guidelines and systems.
  • Assure compensation-related management reports.
  • Conduct and participate in compensation surveys.
  • Manage evaluation systems when required.
  • Serve as the LATAM contact for Compensation & Benefits questions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Professional career: BD Human Resources, Organizational Development or related.
  • 5-7 years working in the role in the automotive environment.
  • Strong experience in Human Resources, particularly in Compensation & Benefits.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work independently and as a team member.
  • Experience in union negotiations.
  • English Business Level.
  • Knowledge of Comp & Ben concepts.
  • Knowledge of HAY Evaluation Methodologies.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements.
  • Knowledge of risk analysis.
  • Knowledge of Information Security Management System.
  • SAP knowledge.
  • ADONIS knowledge.
