About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of DREAM’s disseminated innovation curriculum and related curricular products
- Manage and develop the Innovation Program Design team
- Set the vision for DREAM’s innovation curriculum
- Oversee standards, branding, packaging, and turnkey readiness of curricular products for external partners
- Write AI and future-ready skills curriculum
- Establish metrics, monitor outcomes, assess impact, drive continuous improvement, and inform strategic decisions
- Teach and model classroom use of DREAM’s AI and future-ready skills curriculum
- Stay current on AI and future-ready skills in education, research, best practices, and political influences
- Work with technology developers throughout product design and development
- Collaborate with the Implementation Team on Convening playbooks and learning experiences for AI partners
- Coordinate with external academic researchers to evaluate implementation effectiveness and improve curriculum and programs
- Perform other related responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Education or a related field preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in education, including experience as a teacher
- Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in curriculum publishing, senior school leadership, education technology, and/or education consulting working closely with charter schools
- Content expertise in AI literacy, project-based learning, experiential learning, technology-enabled learning acceleration, and high-impact tutoring
- Ability to develop polished, high-quality curriculum products for partner dissemination
- Demonstrated success managing or developing teams
- Ability to stay current on AI and use data to inform decisions and improve curriculum
- Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, prioritization, and deadline management
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- Strong collaborative, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Deep commitment to DREAM’s mission, values, and graduate vision
- Strong belief in the power of families as partners and leaders
