About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and develop the team facilitating training, development, and coaching for partner school teachers and leaders implementing DREAM’s AI and future-ready skills programming
- Set and maintain the quality bar for AI and future-ready skills leadership and teaching
- Oversee creation of implementation guides and playbooks for schools and school systems
- Design and facilitate professional development for leaders and teachers
- Provide feedback to professional development developers and facilitators
- Establish metrics, monitor outcomes, assess impact, drive continuous improvement, and inform strategic decisions
- Stay current on AI and future-ready skills in education and translate research, best practices, and political influences into implementation design and strategy
- Coach Principals and partner-school leaders
- Collaborate with the AI and future-ready skills Program Design team
- Interface with external academic researchers to study effectiveness and strengthen implementation
- Recruit partner schools and support implementation of AI literacy curriculum, AI tools, and future-ready school models
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Education or a related field preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in education, including experience as a teacher and school leader, required
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a senior school or network leader, education consulting working closely with charter schools, and/or coaching through model dissemination, required
- Expert facilitator of adult professional learning
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory
- Ability to model and coach other leaders quickly and effectively
- Demonstrated success managing or developing teams
- Ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity
- Strong collaborative, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Data fluency and a data-systems orientation
- Ability to stay up-to-date on AI as it evolves and use data to inform decisions and improve outcomes
- Exceptional attention to detail, superb follow-through, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Deep commitment to DREAM’s mission, values, and graduate vision
- Strong belief in the power of families as partners and leaders
