About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build, maintain, and improve websites for brands
- Translate approved designs and creative direction into responsive, maintainable sites
- Structure content for efficient updates
- Implement responsive pages, reusable components, content-management structures, and scoped interactions
- Test functionality, agreed accessibility requirements, and performance
- Investigate defects and maintain assigned sites within agreed support coverage
- Recommend implementation approaches
- Define milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria
- Coordinate reviews and approved launches or migrations
- Document content editing, integrations, and handoff steps
- Communicate project status, blockers, decisions, tradeoffs, and technical issues clearly
- Carry work through testing, launch, and handoff
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of relevant website-development experience, or equivalent demonstrated work
- Must show sites personally implemented and explain personal contribution
- Strong hands-on ability in Webflow or Wix Studio
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills
- Experience with CMS architecture, responsive design, practical testing, and clear communication
- Must be able to lawfully provide the agreed services from the work location
- Must submit a résumé and two relevant live-site examples
- Must explain the platform used and how content updates are handled
