About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end execution of the Sovereign AI roadmap from planning through delivery
- Track milestones, dependencies, and risks across multiple concurrent workstreams
- Build new programs from scratch and scale them into durable, repeatable operations
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Design
- Maintain accurate visibility into project status, blockers, and timelines
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and high-risk dependencies and drive resolution
- Work with senior leadership and domain leads to align roadmap priorities with strategic goals
- Consolidate competing requests from Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance into a single roadmap
- Manage internal leadership and external government stakeholder expectations
- Own operational aspects of commercial launches for the ATLAS product suite, including billing, pricing, and developer platform operations
- Improve processes, rituals, and tools
- Partner with Engineering and Research to automate manual operational work with AI
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of experience in program management or technical project management, ideally at a high-growth technology company
- Track record of building programs from 0 to 1 and scaling them into durable operations
- Experience with commercial launches, billing and pricing operations, or developer platform operations
- Ability to operate with high agency in ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
- Strong prioritization judgment across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Finance asks
- Experience partnering with engineering and research teams to replace manual operational work with AI automation
- Ability to build trust with engineers, data scientists, product managers, designers, and executives; influence without authority and hold people accountable
- Strong technical proficiency sufficient to understand ML models, data pipelines, APIs, and system architecture
- Excellent clear, concise, and structured communication
- Nice to have: experience in defense or AI/ML environments
- Nice to have: understanding of procurement cycles, compliance requirements, and working with sovereign entities
- Nice to have: background in engineering or a technical discipline
