About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with development of seasonal and customer-driven Kids collections across multiple brands
  • Research seasonal trends, colors, prints, and silhouettes
  • Support senior team members with print, artwork, and color selection
  • Assist with flat sketching and maintain fabric, trim, and color libraries
  • Execute production-ready print and graphic artwork
  • Create technical development packages with construction details, sketches, fabrications, trims, prints, and color specifications
  • Prepare and send tech packs, sample requests, production artwork, and color standards
  • Communicate with overseas factories regarding product development and production needs
  • Track sample development, fabric sourcing, and related deliverables
  • Partner with Design and cross-functional teams to keep projects organized and on schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree in Fashion Design or related field preferred
  • Previous internship or other relevant industry experience strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Illustrator and Photoshop required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Positive, collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Passion for fashion and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Portfolio link or work examples required with application
