About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and control all inventory and stock and channelize distribution
Plan inventory for Asia Pacific warehouses
Perform purchasing functions and follow up with vendors on deliveries
Develop, document, and maintain procedures and processes to ensure efficiency
Conduct physical inventory counts as required
Process shipments and prepare shipping export documentation
Provide coordination and support on inventory and logistics matters
Provide administrative support to the inventory and shipping department
Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 2 years of inventory control experience
Strong organizational skills
Knowledge and understanding of computer inventory programs and software
Good analytical skills
Strong communication skills
Good command of English
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Diploma preferred
Able to sit for extended periods of time
