About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and optimize a portfolio of partner relationships throughout the post-sales lifecycle
  • Execute revenue expansion and retention strategies contributing to Net Revenue Retention and gross margin expansion
  • Capture the partner voice and structured requirements
  • Monitor Asia-related trading activities, flag operational anomalies, and escalate issues
  • Provide trade support and operational assistance, including trade confirmation processing, settlement coordination, and troubleshooting
  • Deliver data-driven partner feedback to the Head of Partner Management to influence the product roadmap
  • Ensure exceptional post-sales experiences and high-touch partner engagement
  • Cultivate partner relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, product, technology, and operations teams
  • Build executive-level relationships with partner organizations and prospective clients
  • Advocate for partner needs and coordinate resources
  • Share knowledge and coordinate with departments to optimize partner engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success management, account management, or similar customer-facing roles within the financial technology industry
  • 5-10 years of trade support experience
  • Proficiency in program management, with ability to quickly adapt to and leverage new technologies
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) required
  • Fluency in Cantonese preferred
  • Strong time management abilities and capacity to manage multiple partner engagements concurrently
  • Client-centric mindset
  • Proven problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while taking ownership of client relationships
