About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial based on demonstrated strengths.
Run hiring processes end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes.
Plan, brief, chase, and ship client work while holding timelines and preventing work from stalling.
Notice slipped work, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked.
Make and own daily operational decisions.
Identify failing processes and communicate problems clearly and honestly.
Make decisions on live work during the paid six- to eight-week trial.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full time once hired, and this is your only job.
During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, including 2 hours at a fixed time inside our working day; you can keep your current job during the trial.
If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days.
Reliable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live with us.
Strong written English.
Based in Mexico.
Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one.
Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months.
Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying.
Complete the application process, including a short Loom video, written step, aptitude tests, recorded video interview, founder call, and paid trial.
