About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Grow Drop Zero Digital's AI image service
Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial
For hiring operations: run the hiring funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes
For client delivery operations: plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; hold timelines; brief the team properly; and prevent work from stalling
Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close it without being asked
Make real operational decisions every day and take ownership of their outcomes
Make calls on live work during the paid trial and respond to direct feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full time once hired, and this is your only job
During the paid trial you work 4 hours a day, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day, and you can keep your current job
If you pass, you give notice and join us full time within 30 days
Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us
Strong written English
Based in Indonesia
Track your working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one
Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months
Employer, dates, title and paid status are verified by contract and payslips
Must complete the application, written step, aptitude tests, recorded video interview, founder call, and paid trial
