About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the paid trial
Run hiring processes end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker management, and identifying process failures
Plan, brief, chase, and ship client work
Hold timelines and ensure work does not stall
Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked
Make real decisions daily and take ownership of outcomes
Identify failing processes and communicate problems clearly and honestly
Make calls on live work from the first week of the trial
Receive direct feedback on decisions and adapt accordingly

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full time once hired, and this is your only job
During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day
Can keep your current job during the paid trial
If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days
Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us
Strong written English
Based in Romania
Track working time with the company time tracking tool from day one
Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months
Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying
