About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, as determined during the trial.
Run hiring funnels end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying process failures.
Plan, brief, chase, and ship client work while holding timelines and preventing stalled work.
Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close it without being asked.
Make real decisions daily and take ownership of their outcomes.
Identify failing processes, including company processes, and communicate problems clearly and honestly.
Complete the application, written step, aptitude tests, recorded interview, founder call, and paid six-to-eight-week trial.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full time once hired, and this is your only job.
During the paid trial you work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day, and you can keep your current job.
If you pass, you give notice and join us full time within 30 days.
Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us.
Strong written English.
Based in Philippines.
You track your working time with our time tracking tool from day one.
You need to have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months.
Employment history is verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips.
Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying.
