Key responsibilities & impact

Grow Drop Zero Digital's AI image service
Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial
For hiring operations: run the hiring funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, follow-up, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying process failures
For client delivery operations: plan, brief, follow up, and ship client work; maintain timelines, brief the team, and prevent work from stalling
Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close tasks without being asked
Make real operational decisions daily and be accountable for their quality
Make calls on live work during the paid trial and respond to feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Based in Paraguay
Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months
No minimum number of years of experience
Work history is verified through employer, dates, title, and paid status, evidenced by contract and payslips
False or misrepresented work history is disqualifying
Ability to make and own decisions
Ability to distinguish which decisions are yours to make
Ability to take feedback as information and adapt
Ability to improve quickly
Ability to identify failing processes and raise concerns
Clear and honest writing, especially about problems
Must complete an application with a short Loom video after researching Drop Zero Digital
Must complete a short email test, including a real decision task, internet speed, computer, and work-history paragraph
Must complete a 15-minute call with the founder
Must complete a recorded one-take video interview
Must complete aptitude tests
Must complete a paid six-to-eight-week trial
