About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help grow Drop Zero Digital's AI image service.
Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial.
For hiring operations: run sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-up, tracking, and identify broken processes.
For client delivery operations: plan, brief, follow up, and ship client work while holding timelines and preventing stalled work.
Notice slippage, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked.
Make daily operational decisions and be evaluated on their quality.
Make calls on live work from the first week of the trial and receive direct feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full time once hired, and this is your only job.
During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day; you can keep your current job during the trial.
If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days.
Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us.
Strong written English.
Based in North Macedonia.
Track your working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one.
Have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months.
Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying; employment history is verified using contracts and payslips.
Complete a Loom video application, written step, aptitude tests, recorded video interview, founder call, and paid trial.
Make decisions, own them, and distinguish which decisions are yours to make.
Take feedback as information and adapt while maintaining well-supported judgments.
Identify failing processes and communicate problems clearly and honestly.
