About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help grow Drop Zero Digital's AI image service
Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the paid trial
For hiring operations: run the hiring funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, follow-up, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes
For client delivery operations: plan, brief, follow up, and ship client work; manage timelines, brief the team, and prevent work from stalling
Notice slipped work, decide what to do, and close tasks without being asked
Make real daily decisions and be accountable for their quality
Participate in a six- to eight-week paid trial performing the real job

Requirements

What you’ll need

Based in Uruguay
Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months
Employment history is verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips
Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying
Make decisions and own them, including decisions that go wrong
Distinguish which decisions are yours and which are not
Take feedback as information and adapt appropriately
Improve quickly
Identify and report failing processes, including company processes
Write clearly and honestly, especially about problems
Internet speed and computer are assessed during the application process
