About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help grow Drop Zero Digital's AI image service
Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial
For hiring: run the funnel end to end, including sourcing, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance and identifying broken processes
For client delivery: plan, brief, chase and ship client work; hold timelines, brief the team and prevent stalled work
Notice what has slipped, decide what to do and close it without being asked
Make daily operational decisions and take ownership of their outcomes
Identify failing processes and communicate problems clearly and honestly
Complete a six-to-eight-week paid trial performing the real job

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full time once hired, and this is your only job
During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day; current job may be kept during the trial
If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days
Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us
Strong written English
Based in South Africa
Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one
Have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months
Employer, dates, title and paid status verified by contract and payslips
