About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help grow Drop Zero Digital’s AI image service.
Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the paid trial.
For hiring operations: find, screen, and hire people; run the funnel end to end; source candidates; chase, schedule, maintain the tracker, and identify process failures.
For client delivery operations: plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; manage timelines; brief the team properly; and prevent work from stalling.
Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked.
Make real operational decisions every day and take ownership of their outcomes.
Participate in a six- to eight-week paid trial performing the real job.
Make decisions on live work from the first week and respond to direct feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full time once hired, and this is your only job.
During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day; you can keep your current job during the trial.
If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days.
Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us.
Strong written English.
Based in Brazil.
Track working time with the company’s time tracking tool from day one.
Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months.
Employment history is verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips.
Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying.
