About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help grow Drop Zero Digital's fastest-growing AI image service.
Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the paid trial.
For hiring operations: run the funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, follow-up, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes.
For client delivery operations: plan, brief, follow up, and ship client work; maintain timelines, brief the team, and prevent work from stalling.
Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close tasks without being asked.
Make real operational decisions daily and be evaluated on decision quality.
Make calls on live work from the first week of the trial and receive direct feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full time once hired, and this is your only job.
During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day; you can keep your current job during the trial.
If you pass the trial, give notice and join full time within 30 days.
Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us.
Strong written English.
Based in Argentina.
Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one.
Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months.
Employment history is verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips.
Misrepresenting work history is disqualifying.
