About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the paid trial
Run hiring processes end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying process failures
Plan, brief, chase, and ship client work while holding timelines and preventing stalled work
Notice slipped work, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked
Make real operational decisions every day and take ownership of their outcomes
Make calls on live work from the first week of the trial
Complete an application, Loom video, email test, founder call, recorded video interview, aptitude tests, and a six-to-eight-week paid trial

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full time once hired, and this is your only job
During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with the company, 2 of them at a fixed time inside its working day; current employment may be retained during the trial
If successful, give notice and join full time within 30 days
Reliable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live with the company
Strong written English
Based in Romania
Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one
Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months
Employment history is verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips
