Requirements

What you’ll need

Based in Poland
Must have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months
Work history is verified through employer, dates, title, and paid status, evidenced by contract and payslips
Honest and accurate representation of work history; misrepresentation is disqualifying
Ability to make and own decisions, including unsuccessful ones
Ability to distinguish which decisions are yours to make
Ability to accept feedback and change appropriately
Ability to identify failing processes and communicate problems
Clear and honest writing
Must complete the application process, including a short Loom video, email test, founder call, recorded video interview, aptitude tests, and paid trial
