About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help grow Drop Zero Digital's AI image service
Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the paid trial
Run the hiring funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, follow-up, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes
Plan, brief, follow up, and ship client work while maintaining timelines and preventing stalled work
Notice slipped work, decide corrective actions, and close tasks without being asked
Make real operational decisions daily and be evaluated on decision quality
Participate in the application, test, founder call, recorded interview, aptitude tests, and six-to-eight-week paid trial
Make decisions on live work from the first week of the trial and receive direct feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Based in Colombia
Full-time job held at some point in the last 12 months
Work history verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips
Clear and honest written communication
Ability to make and own decisions
Ability to identify which decisions are yours to make
Ability to receive feedback and adapt
Ability to identify failing processes and raise concerns
