About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area determined during the paid trial.
For hiring operations: run the funnel end to end, including sourcing, chasing, scheduling, maintaining the tracker, and identifying process failures.
For client delivery operations: plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; hold timelines, brief the team properly, and prevent work from stalling.
Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close it without being asked.
Make real operational decisions every day and take ownership of their outcomes.
Identify when processes are failing, including company processes, and communicate problems clearly and honestly.
Complete the application, written step, aptitude tests, recorded interview, founder call, and six-to-eight-week paid trial as part of the hiring process.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full time once hired, and this is your only job.
During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day; you can keep your current job during the trial.
If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days.
Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us.
Strong written English.
Based in Bulgaria.
Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one.
Have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months.
Employment history listed must be verifiable through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips.
Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying.
