About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Help grow Drop Zero Digital's AI image service.
Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the paid trial.
For hiring operations: run sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracking, and the end-to-end hiring funnel.
Identify when the hiring process itself is broken.
For client delivery operations: plan, brief, chase, and ship client work.
Hold timelines, brief the team properly, and prevent work from stalling.
Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked.
Make real operational decisions and take ownership of their outcomes.
Report problems clearly and honestly, including process failures.
Make decisions on live work from the first week of the trial and incorporate direct feedback.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full time once hired, and this is your only job.
During the paid trial you work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day, and you can keep your current job.
If you pass, you give notice and join us full time within 30 days.
Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us.
Strong written English.
Based in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
You track your working time with our time tracking tool from day one.
You need to have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months.
Employment history is verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips.
Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying.
Application requires a short Loom video.
Complete a written step covering internet speed, computer, and questions in your own words.
Complete aptitude tests with a published floor.
Complete a recorded one-take video interview.
Complete a short call with the founder.
Complete a paid trial of six to eight weeks.
