About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial.
Run hiring funnels end to end: sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, maintaining the tracker, and identifying process failures.
Manage client delivery operations: planning, briefing, chasing, holding timelines, and ensuring work ships without stalling.
Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close it without being asked.
Make real decisions daily and take ownership of their outcomes.
Identify failing processes and communicate problems clearly and honestly.
Complete a paid six- to eight-week trial performing the real job on live work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full time once hired, and this is your only job.
During the paid trial you work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day, and you can keep your current job.
If you pass, you give notice and join us full time within 30 days.
Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us.
Strong written English.
Based in Argentina.
You track your working time with our time tracking tool from day one.
You need to have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months.
Employer, dates, title and paid status are verified, evidenced by contract and payslips.
Misrepresenting employment history is disqualifying.
