About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area decided during the trial
For hiring operations: run sourcing, screening, scheduling, funnel management, tracker maintenance, and identify broken processes
For client delivery operations: plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; maintain timelines and prevent stalls
Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked
Make real daily decisions and take ownership of their outcomes
Identify when processes are failing and communicate problems clearly and honestly
Make decisions on live work during the paid trial and respond to direct feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full time once hired, and this is your only job
During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day, with 2 hours at a fixed time inside the working day; current job may be kept during the trial
If successful, give notice and join full time within 30 days
Reliable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live
Strong written English
Based in Romania
Track working time with the company's time tracking tool from day one
Have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months
Able to complete the application, asynchronous interview, aptitude tests, video introduction, verification, paid screen, and paid trial process
