About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area assigned during the trial based on strengths.
For hiring operations, run the funnel end to end: sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes.
For client delivery operations, plan, brief, chase, and ship client work; hold timelines, brief the team properly, and prevent work from stalling.
Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close it without being asked.
Make real operational decisions every day and take ownership of their outcomes.
Identify failing processes, including company processes, and report them clearly.
Participate in a paid six-to-eight-week trial performing the real job and making decisions on live work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full time once hired, and this is your only job.
During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with us, 2 of them at a fixed time inside our working day; you can keep your current job during the trial.
If you pass, give notice and join full time within 30 days.
Reliable internet, at least 30 Mbps down and 5 Mbps up, tested live with us.
Strong written English.
Based in Bulgaria.
You track your working time with our time tracking tool from day one.
You need to have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months.
Work history is verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips.
Misrepresenting work history is disqualifying.
