About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Grow Drop Zero Digital’s AI image service
Own either the hiring machine or client delivery operations, with the area determined during the trial
For hiring operations, run the hiring funnel end to end, including sourcing, screening, chasing, scheduling, tracker maintenance, and identifying broken processes
For client delivery operations, plan, brief, chase, and ship client work, hold timelines, brief the team, and prevent work from stalling
Notice what has slipped, decide what to do, and close issues without being asked
Make real operational decisions daily and take ownership of their outcomes
Identify failing processes, including company processes, and report them clearly
Participate in the application, testing, interviews, aptitude tests, and six-to-eight-week paid trial process
Make decisions on live work from the first week of the trial and respond to feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Full time once hired, and this is your only job
During the paid trial, work 4 hours a day with the company, including 2 hours at a fixed time inside the working day
If you pass the trial, give notice and join full time within 30 days
Reliable internet with at least 30 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, tested live with the company
Strong written English
Based in South Africa
Track working time with the company’s time tracking tool from day one
Have held a full-time job at some point in the last 12 months
Work history is verified through employer, dates, title, paid status, contract, and payslips
Misrepresenting work history is disqualifying
