About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support nearly 400 team members with internal tools and systems
- Review and improve service delivery standards and mechanisms for internal tools
- Deliver excellent and trustworthy IT services
- Speed up and simplify onboarding for new team members
- Deploy Intune MDM for corporate computers
- Build Azure Active Directory-authenticated virtual machines for Windows application testing
- Lead IT Operations projects and ensure team members have the tools they need
- Use empowered project management with ownership from scoping and execution through postmortem
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of experience in IT operations
- 4+ years leading teams
- Track record of setting team roadmaps and adapting swiftly as priorities shift
- Experience supporting cloud and SaaS applications, including Office 365, Entra SSO / IDP, and SharePoint
- Experience in user lifecycle management
- Experience using AI to accelerate work, including AI-assisted development and AI agents
- Experience administering and managing medium-to-large Microsoft Entra tenants, preferably using Terraform or another Infrastructure-as-Code technology
- Ability to remotely troubleshoot macOS, Windows, Linux, iPhone, Android, and Office 365
- Basic familiarity with Linux system administration utilities
- Sound understanding of administrative access best practices, including least privilege and other security measures
- Excellent writing skills for admin-facing and user-facing documentation
- Ability to attend meetings on camera via video conferencing
- Willingness to travel at least two times a year for an all-hands meetup and team retreat
- Average full-time commitment of 40 hours per week
- Successful completion of a background check as a condition of joining
- Legal authorization to work in the country of residence
- Must not require company-sponsored immigration assistance
