About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shadow practice advisors and join practice calls
- Work with credentialing, billing, and EHR onboarding teams
- Map launch bottlenecks, repeated work, and pain points for nurse practitioners and Duet
- Own and prioritize the launch product roadmap across internal tooling, practice-facing products, and automation
- Write product specifications, make tradeoffs, and defend sequencing decisions
- Design and run patient-acquisition experiments across paid channels, directories, marketplaces, referrals, and local demand generation
- Measure acquisition channels and productize successful approaches for cohorts of practices
- Shape the practice-facing experience during the first ninety days of a launch
- Explore and build community and cohort models for launching nurse practitioners
- Partner with engineers to scope, ship, iterate, and prototype products
- Document, instrument, and stabilize Launcher features for handoff to the core product team
- Own KPIs including time to launch, milestone cycle time, patient acquisition cost and payback, automation/self-serve share, and NP-reported launch experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in product management
- Experience with 0-to-1 product work in undefined problem spaces
- Experience in an operationally complex domain such as healthcare, fintech, logistics, marketplaces, or another regulated, real-world process environment
- Track record of turning manual operations into products, with specific examples and before-and-after metrics
- Real experimentation discipline, including hypothesis-driven testing and distinguishing signal from noise in small samples
- Technical depth to reason about integrations, data models, and APIs
- Ability to evaluate build-versus-buy decisions and prototype when appropriate
- Growth experience with paid channels, funnels, customer acquisition cost, and conversion
- Nice to have: experience with EHR, practice management, revenue cycle, or credentialing systems
- Nice to have: background in provider enablement, practice management, or small-business enablement platforms
- Nice to have: experience with local or multi-location patient or customer acquisition
- Nice to have: operations experience before moving into product
- Must be located in NYC and able to work hybrid in office Monday through Wednesday
