About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support Customer Strategy and Products and Services departments by evolving and executing human resources strategy in support of the overall business plan
  • Serve as the primary liaison for business unit support on HR initiatives
  • Use analytical skills and data-driven decisions to influence senior management on organizational and management challenges
  • Articulate human resource needs and translate them into action plans
  • Support talent management, workforce planning, organizational culture, employee engagement, and compensation initiatives
  • Assist in developing, designing, and implementing enterprise plans, policies, and practices
  • Drive collaboration and consider broader organizational impacts of business decisions
  • Consult with leaders on workforce requirements and execute talent plans
  • Determine organization designs and orchestrate resources to execute design decisions
  • Align business-specific requirements with enterprise-wide HR initiatives
  • Align HR processes with business and functional strategic objectives, identify risk-informed solutions, and manage priorities
  • Work with HR Centers of Excellence to provide actionable business input and feedback
  • Educate leaders on the value and rationale of HR services, solutions, and processes
  • Execute annual HR processes, including Performance Impact, Merit & Incentive Review, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Workforce Planning
  • Consult with leadership on employee engagement and behavioral trends
  • Provide oversight and coaching to resolve complex employee relations issues and investigations as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum seven (7) years of related work experience in addition to a bachelor's degree
  • HR call center support experience
  • Seven (7) years of human resources business partner experience
  • HR experience in a large company, supporting leaders in a matrixed organization
  • Experience supporting corporate sides of business
  • Experience with talent planning and succession planning strategy
  • Experience providing strategic consultation to senior leaders on complex challenges
  • Comfortable extracting, analyzing, and manipulating Microsoft Excel to drive results through data
  • Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
