About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee and direct Work Management employees dispersed geographically throughout Delivery Operations
  • Develop efficiency gains through process standardization and consistency
  • Oversee workload, cross-train employees, and share resources
  • Implement new technology
  • Create and implement work management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement while achieving business goals
  • Maintain net terms of contractor invoices
  • Ensure accurate review and approval of invoices performed by Work Management employees
  • Travel approximately 25–50%, including some overnight stays

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma/GED and five (5) years of related experience
  • Associate degree or technical degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Operations processes
  • Experience in work management and related applications
  • Demonstrated leadership in workplace safety
  • Ability to embrace and lead change
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and motivate others to increase achievement and commitment between work groups
  • Ability to evaluate performance accurately, fairly and consistently within a diverse workgroup
  • Previous training in Human Performance Improvement
  • Previous experience in Root Cause Analysis or problem solving
  • Working knowledge of policies and procedures
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement opportunities
  • Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
  • Ability to live within a reasonable daily commute, not greater than 50 miles one way, to the assigned work location
