Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in User Experience (UX) Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Product Design, Psychology, Economics, Information Science, Computer Science, or related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must not graduate prior to May 2027
  • Ability to work lawfully in the U.S. without employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future
  • Desired: GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Desired: Exposure to or familiarity with user experience design, user research and usability testing, design thinking and human-centered design, wireframing and prototyping, information architecture, interaction design principles, accessibility and inclusive design
  • Desired: Experience using Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, or similar platforms
  • Desired: Leadership potential demonstrated through extracurricular activities, clubs, volunteer work, or project teams
  • Desired: Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Desired: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Desired: Self-driven, motivated, and proactive
  • Desired: Strong curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Desired: Previous internship experience
  • Travel requirements: 5-15%
